Optical Filters in Advanced Microscopy

AHF Analysentechnik offers his service as specialist in configuration of filter set-ups in the wide field of advanced fluorescence microscopy and spectroscopy. These applications comprise optical filters for single and multiple stainings, time lapse, FRET, FlIM, FCS, single molecule, multiphoton, and TIRFM. Each component will be specified regarding blocking characteristics with respect to the instrument equipment (e.g. OD 6 blocking of laser lines) as well as special surface quality requests for beamsplitters (e.g. l/10 substrates) with minimum autofluorescence.
