LED-Large format visualisation in industrial environment
In order to upgrade its successful product series "migra" (microSYST graphics and text compatible large format displays) microSYST completes its product range. From now on, all models from a reso-lution of 64 x 16 pixel (device size 0,5 x 0,3 m) up to 384 x 256 pixel (device size 3,0 x 2,0 m) are available as standard.
Therefore, all requirements can be fulfilled, from simple text displays to process visualisation displays. The devices with high luminosity are available as single colour red or multicolour red, green and yellow and as outdoor application with 3 and 5 mm pixel size each. The pixel distance is 7,62 mm for the 5 mm version and 4 mm for the 3 mm version.
As microSYST consequently places importance on lowest power loss, its products do not require any cooling. Also with high environment temperatures, the devices can be operated without any problem. The maximum operating temperature is specified with 60 °C.
The elaborate housing construction is completely made of aluminium which has positive effect especially on big devices because of a low own weight. A "migra" with a display area of for example 2 x 1 m, as required in the automotive industry for instance, has an own weight of considerably less than 90 kg.
The housing design developed by microSYST has further advantages: single and double sided de-vices for instance, are integrated into the same housing, with a depth of only 87 mm. This also saves weight, reduces the costs and looks attractive.
All variants are available with Profibus DP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, CANopen, Interbus or serial interface. In order to make their use possible also in critical environments, the basic devices work without integrated PC system. An excellent price-efficiency ratio as well as a first-class quality level is granted for all microSYST products.
