When networking fire and voice alarm systems in larger building complexes, the safety of the total security system comes to the fore. System reliability is indispensable for complex monitoring due to the high transfer rate of information being transmitted between the individual subsystems.

The traditional, costly and time-consuming wiring over contacts and inputs is in this case replaced by a comfortable data interface between the individual disciplines. Both systems are networked over two independent interfaces permanently being monitored. Even in the event of line faults, the total system remains fully operational and thus offers maximum safety.
