Access Control Software

T-Rex Security Systems has released the first version of Simple ID Access Control Software for LAN/WAN-based security systems. The software introduces a new approach to security management. The user-friendly graphic interface enables the installers and operators with minimal training to successfully configure and use the system. Highlights are e.g. vector-graphics maps, XAML animation for alarm display, built-in translation tool, time & attendance reports, automatic database maintenance and hardware discovery. The software allows to take advantage of numerous benefits offered by IP-readers: for instance, to use the existing LAN infrastructure instead of pulling new cabling, to eliminate the enclosures & power supplies by utilizing Power-over-Ethernet, and to increase the overall reliability of the system by storing the database in the memory of each reader.
