M&M Software: TCI Wizard available

PROFIBUS International has recently published the specification for TCI (Tool Calling Inter-face). TCI is a standardized, non-proprietary interface, which enables the calling of device tools from engineering environments. M&M Software currently develops a TCI plug-in, which allows the straightforward integration of the proven FDT-Frame application fdtCONTAINER in engineering systems. This will finally permit users to apply the FDT technology also in systems without FDT-Interface. New developments of applications for device configuration or –programming can now be implemented on the basis of FDT. M&M Software will demonstrate the M&M TCI Wizard at the HMI 2007.
