Evaporating chromatography fractions quickly and safely according to individual needs

Due to its modular design the Sepacoreline provides users with an adequate system for optimal and quick purification. In most cases the solvent has to be evaporated after this step.

In the field of chromatography the individual separation products are either collected or evaporated as single fractions. In both cases the sequential evaporation by means of a rotary evaporator is the established method. The Syncore parallel evaporator speeds up these operational steps considerably.

With changeable racks, which are all compatible with the Sepacore fraction collector, four to 96 samples can be evaporated at the same time.

Thanks to the heatable vapor duct high-boiling solvents can be evaporated quickly in parallel. Inert materials ensure a contamination-free distillation. Temperature-sensitive compounds can be concentrated gently to a defined residual volume.

The fully automatic Vacuum Controller V-855 enables distillations without manual vacuum settings. The different Syncore racks offer maximum modularity for specific needs. As the Syncore system is compatible with the Sepacore system the samples do not have to be decanted after separation. Thus, an operational step is saved and substance losses are reduced.
