Full Almira C-1202 functionality for recordings: with the new eneo Almira R-01 digital recorder
The full functionality of the new Almira C-1202 360° CCTV camera in a digital recorder? And execute PTZ functions for recorded pictures for instance? This is possible with the Almira R-01 digital recorder developed especially for the Almira camera.
Because this recorder offers all of the Almira C-1202 functions for recorded video images. The recorder delivers a 100% overview of recorded material – just like the camera – thanks to its 360° image field. Image-display can be selected as, for instance, 2 x 180° panorama, 4 x 90° panorama or 360° view.
PTZ, Zoom, Motion Tracking, Scene Analysis
And it has still more: In addition to the full PTZ functionality, the recorder features a 4x zoom with the same quality as an optical zoom. Subsequent motion detection and tracking can also be realized with the Almira R-01.
The “Luggage Left” scene analysis is also an available option that can be used to “monitor” objects in previously defined zones: the recorder signals an alarm when the object is removed or when an object has been placed in the zone, i.e. an unattended suitcase in an airport.
High-resolution Recording
Recording and replay are both at 3 megapixels, which guarantees top-quality recordings. The recording rate is adjustable between 1, 2 and 4 frames per second. Recording can be event or time controlled, or also continuous. Almira R-01 offers simultaneous recording and replay thanks to its duplex operation. The 400GB hard disk drive allows recording times of several weeks to be set (dependant upon resolution and recording rate).
Pre- and post-alarm recording can be programmed for time periods up to 30 seconds. And of course, the Almira R-01 features extensive search functions: the scalable time axis means image searching is fast, and the time and date can also be used as search criteria. Its intuitively operated menu makes installation and operation of the recorder quite simple.

The range of uses of the Almira surveillance system are wide and varied: in addition to airports and shopping centres, banks and railway stations, it is ideal particularly for locations where value is placed upon discreet video surveillance, such as in conference and meeting rooms, retail outlets (e.g. jewellers) or restaurants.
This is because the camera and recorder disappear into ceilings so that they are nearly invisible, and their 360° image field and four virtual cameras allow them to replace the several CCTV cameras that would normally have to be installed for surveillance of an equally large area.
