Air cooled heat exchangers for cooling and condensing of process streams in the chemical and petrochemical industry, in refineries and gas industry. Suitable for working pressures from vacuum to 250 bar.

Scope of supply according customer requirements:

• thermodynamic and mechanic design
• heat exchanger bundles with welded bonnet headers, removable cover plate headers or plug-headers
• axial fans in forced or induced draft installation including drives
• complete steel construction with walkways and ladders
• horizontal, vertical, A-frame or V-frame arrangement

Air cooled condensers for the condensation of turbine exhaust steam under vacuum conditions in power plants and waste incineration plants.

Scope of supply according customer requirements:

• complete engineering of the unit
• heat exchanger bundles
• steel construction including wind wall, walkways, ladders and stairways
• axial fans in forced draft installation including drives
• steam duct
• connecting pipe work for the condensate system
• evacuation system
• condensate tanks including pumps
• instrumentation and control systems
• erection and commissioning
