New Light Scattering Detector for GPC Polymer Analysis

The new multi angle light scattering detector is designed for the analysis of synthetic, natural and bio polymers in solution, including proteins and polysaccharides.
Molar mass, molar mass distribution, radius of gyration, branching, degradation , nano structures or conformation can be determined absolutely, without assumption and without calibration.
Due to its new cell design, which allows detection of the scattered light directly in the cell, there is no need to correct the scattering angle, even when changing solvent.
Latest technology with fibre optics and ultra-sensitive CCD Chip gives the highest sensitivity at lowest noise level. A very small cell volume minimizes band broadening and other artifacts.
Besides this there are two more key features. Firstly: No more problem with laboratory space due to the optimized instrument dimensions. Secondly: The complete analysis is integrated into the globally used WinGPC Analysis Software.
