Mobitec has extended its innovative yeast two- and one-hybrid technology: The new Y2H Membrane Protein System allows a versatile two-hybrid screening for proteins interacting with full-length membrane-integrated or membrane-associated proteins. It enables fast and reliable detection of membrane protein binding partners and identification of their specific binding sites in vivo. This kit allows convenient screening of cDNA libraries to identify and characterize novel interaction partners of your membrane protein of interest. It includes all plasmids required as well as the appropriate yeast strain. Several cDNA libraries for use with the Y2H Membrane Protein Kit as well as kits for plasmid isolation, yeast transformation and the reporter gene assay are also available.
