Flexible Ex-Type Light Guide Luminaire

The space available on reactors is frequently very restricted. And wherever sections of the process need to be illuminated, the question that often arises is where to install an ex-type sightglass luminaire.

Wherever space conditions are not even adequate for the small-dimensioned Mini-Ex Sightglass Luminaire, the newly developed Lumiflex Ex-Luminaire with a lighting head diameter of only 23 mm is the solution that process engineers have been waiting for. This product is specifically designed for use in explosive environments (zones 1 and 2).

The light guide variant of the Lumiflex luminaire is a sightglass luminaire for universal applications. It is ideal for mounting on sightglass fittings on reactors, vessels, etc., though it can also be used for the selective illumination of processing sequences on machines.

One of the great advantages of the Lumiflex luminaire is its intense light output with only max. 39 W, consequently providing the optimal solution in comparison with other products. And with an average lamp burning life of 6,000 hours, this luminaire is extremely user-friendly as well.
