Best Matched Modularity

Since the introduction of the BX51 it has been proven to be the most reliable research micro-scope in the market. Due to the rigid and modular design of all components it is the standard for brightfield, high-resolution DIC and modern fluo-rescence applications. In combination with the perfectly matched UIS2 optics and imaging solu-tions out of one hand it fullfils even the most so-phisticated requirements.

Fluorescence: High S/N Ratio and Outstanding Flexibility

To ensure highest S/N ratio the complete system has to be optimised: the lamphouse offers twice the conventional brightness with apochromatic performance. Specially designed filters with new coating technology allow high accuracy and exceptional edge steepness. Additionally, all filter sets are equipped with a stray light noise destructor. New UIS2 objectives deliver low autofluorescence with maximum numerical aperture, high transmission from UV to IR and unparalleled chromatic aberration correction. Accompanied with high sensitive digital cameras and powerful user-friendly software packages, the system takes research into a new dimension of microscopy

Features:
  • Flexible research microscope for all applications
  • Fluorescence illuminator with six cube turret
  • Septuple revolving nosepiece
  • Interchangeable field and aperture stops
  • High signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio)
  • Chromatical correction from UV to IR
  • Nomarski DIC modules optimised for all specimens and magnifications
