Alligator Cloning Kit

Trenzyme introduces the new Alligator Cloning Kit, an optimized kit for cloning of DNA fragments like PCR products in a couple of minutes. Any type of DNA fragment can be used directly without further treatment (blunt, sticky, T/A overhang). The Alligator Cloning Kit contains two ready-to-use mixes and is supplied with competent cells for high-efficiency transformation. Identification of positive clones is facilitated by blue/white screening.
