Digilab’s new products of the GetPep series offer solutions for blood specimen generation, peptide enrichment/ protein depletion and robust MALDI-MS based workflows. GetPep PCS-AV is a non-disruptive technique that guarantees a reduction of interfering platelets to below 10 platelets per nanoliter. Abandonment of additional protease inhibitors avoids artificial signals interfering with subsequent analysis.

GetPep PepStractor kits are applied for the enrichment of peptides respectively depletion of proteins in body fluid samples like plasma, serum, urine or CSF independent of the donor species. With a removal of total protein above 95 %, downstream analytics and applications reach a new level of quality. With the GetPep CHCfu, Digilab offers a high purity matrix preparation for sensitive, robust and reproducible MALDI-MS analysis. Its applicability extends from peptide/protein profiling over peptide mass fingerprinting to MS/MS identification.
