Micro-Vickers-Hardness Tester Zwick / ZHV1-m
The MicroVickers hardness range is now covered by Zwick, Ulm-based manufacturer of testing machines, with the new developed Zwick / ZHV1. This manual hardness tester is available in two different versions, depending on the load range for 10g to 1000g or for 25g to 2000g.
A simple and easy operation, a motorized turret for the selection of indentors and objectives, an automatic test sequence, a motorized load change assembly, a variable dwell time as well as a very accuracte resolution of 0,1µm make this high-quality hardness tester a convincing device which is suitable for many different ranges of applications.
With the RS232 connection to the test software testXpert®, evaluation, documentation and e.g. the data transfer to quality assurance systems for further processing are standard features. Another option is the CCD camera system which also allows a manual/automatic measurement of the indentations via testXpert®.
Customized accessories for a large range of applications are available to the customer.
