CHALLENGER - modular PC-Terminals for local operation

The modular PC-Terminals CHALLENGER are especially designed for the pharmaceutical, chemical and the Oil & Gas industry as well as Refineries and off shore riggs where local operation of a DCS or other software is required in the plant.
The philosophy of CHALLENGER PC-Terminals is based on the intrinsically safe technology (Ex protected Class I, Zone1 /Class I, Div1., Div 2) and a modular concept of various modules for operation and vizualisation.

The advantage of this philosophy is the individual configuration of each CHALLENGER PC-Terminal following closely the requirements of each plant. All components for vizualisation and operation like 15” Display, 18” Display, Touch Screen, mouse, trackball, joystick, touchpad, card reader, fingerprint …will be powerred by our own technology and are ex-protected and individual certified.

Both 15" and 18" TFT display sizes are available, with rugged keyboards and pointing devices, that are supplied as modular panel mounted units or as a complete unit integrated in a stainless steel enclosure system with hygienic finish. Based on the modern CHALLENGER technology the integration of accessories Barcode Scanners, CCTV Cameras and Serial Interfaces for connection of other devices is not problem.
