A twin clean air curtain separates the product area from other ambient areas. The air supply is also introduced as laminar air to the object area behind the clean air curtain via an integrated H14 suspended matter filter. This area should be considered as a clean room zone conforming with ISO class 5. Contaminated air is conveyed to the front exhaust system. This protects both the product against contamination and personnel and the remaining room against dangerous emissions.
Legal requirements governing the handling of substances (standard technical concentration and maximum workplace concentration) are more than met, thanks to efficient contaminant capture. Protective factors >100,000 have already been achieved.
The low flow speeds generated by the special WIBObarrier clean air curtain practically rule out removal of product material when dealing with fine powders, the influencing of weighing results (e.g. with micro-scales) or draughts.
