Axis Communications: PTZ and Multi-sensor Camera

The new AXIS M5000-G PTZ Camera features three 5 MP sensors and a PTZ camera with 10x optical zoom for comprehensive situational awareness. The multi-sensor camera can cover indoor areas of up to 400 sqm with HDTV 1080p video resolution - all with the installation of a single camera and just one VMS licence. Since everything is displayed on one monitor, users can switch from the overall view to detailed views with one click.

The camera also offers wireless I/O connectivity with Z-Wave Plus products to communicate with up to six devices in a system. The camera is compatible with PIR sensors to analyse the temperature in freezers, for example, and can also be used to remotely turn lights on or off.
