HI 96821 - New Digital Sodium Chloride Refractometer from HANNA instruments

The new family of refractometers from HANNA instruments includes also model HI 96821.

The digital refractometer employs the measurement of refractive index to determine sodium chloride concentration in aqueous solutions used in food preparation. The temperature compensated NaCl concentration can be displayed in 4 units: g/100, 1/100 ml, Specific Gravity and °Baumé.

Measurements are simple and quick: just place a few drops of the sample in the well and press the READ key. The measurement technique eliminates the uncertainty associated with mechanical refractometers and the portable casing easily allows measurements in the field. And the price is also very interesting!
