The Eppendorf PCR System encompasses a combination of devices, consumables and reagents from a single source. Eppendorf's new thermocycler system, Mastercycler ep not only features a new temperature control technology. It also has an user-friendly operating concept. The flagship of the new thermocycler family is the Mastercycler ep gradient S which enables fast PCR at the proven level of Eppendorf quality. Thanks to its silver block it is one of the most advanced and fastest (6°C/s heating; 4.5°C cooling) thermocyclers currently available. The twin.tec PCR plates (in PCR clean purity) are the ideal supplements to the Mastercyler ep and ensure reliable PCR results in the 96 or 384-well format. Using the Mastercycler ep in combination with Eppendorf's HotMaster Taq DNA Polymerase provides almost 100% certainty for the PCR.
