LC System Enables Fast Reaction ­Sampling and Analysis

Eksigent introduces the ExpressRT-100 reaction monitoring system, a liquid chromatography-based system for the sampling, quenching, diluting and monitoring of reaction kinetics. The new system enables quick monitoring of the progress of the reaction, delivering information that makes timely modifications possible. The result is optimised conditions in less time. The complete system includes the Eksigent ExpressLC-100 capillary LC instrument along with a transfer module that automatically dilutes, quenches and transfers the sample onto the LC. In addition to instrument control and data acquisition, the system software monitors reaction progress and plots trends.
