AHF analysentechnik AG offers in cooperation with Chroma Technology Corp. a great variety of individually specified filter designs in high end quality for fluorescence spectroscopy. Emitters with specific laser blocking for one- or multiphoton excitation will be combined with the corresponding laser beamsplitters and clean up filters. Coatings with ultra low autofluorescence guarantee best signal/noise ratios.
Single Molecule Filters for 2-Photon Microscopy
For high sensitive signal detection in 2P-microscopy specific bandpass emitters with blocking to 1100nm (OD6) are available in various bandwidths, replacing additional IR-blocking filters to get better S / N ratio results. They work together with beamsplitters in l/10 surface flatness quality in scanning microscopy applications. 2P resp. 3P-shortpass emitters and dichroics allow stable and flexible measurements within a wide range of UV/VIS transmission.
