Some particle sizing instruments demand high, some others very low particle concentrations only being able to get calibrated correctly. For simple experiments uniform but not necessarily monodispers particles will be needed. Sometimes not the mean particle diameter but the number of particles per ml is more important. Because of this varity BSPartikel
is manufacturing and offering polymeric particle size standards for very different applications for about four years already:

Particle Size Standards are mainly used for size calibration:

LS Series:
• for particle counting
  instruments mainly
• 1.01μm -76.1μm
• 5ml / 20ml dropper tipped
  bottles
• Certificate with figures of
  the measured particle size
  distribution
  
  HS Series:
• 2% / 3% solids content
• 20ml dropper tipped
  bottles
• 0.180μm -75.0μm
• Certificate with figures of
  the measured particle size
  distribution

Particle Powder Standards will be used for calibration:

• 1.0g / 5.0g dry powder
• Certificate with figures of
  the measured particle size
  distribution

Test Particles are low-budget suspensions (aqueous) without a certificate applied for general experiments needing spherical particles possessing a narrow particle diameter distribution

• 25ml, 5% solids content
• 2.3μm - 65.5μm

Particle Count Standard Kits will be used to validate particle counting systems concerning accurate counting:

• "ready-to-use", with a blanc
  sample and a magn. stir bar
• 2000 / 5000 / 10000 part./ml
• Certificate with a detailed
  description how to apply
