New laboratory mills MINICER and MINIPUR

With the new, universally applicable agitator bead mills MINICER and MINIPUR, NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH further expands its extensive laboratory program. Depending on the application, the rotor and grinding chamber is designed in ceramic (MINICER) or PU (MINIPUR). Both laboratory mills are suitable for small product batches ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 l, which can be processed in continuous circulation. Using grinding media as small as 0.3 – 2 mm in diameter, optimal reproducible grinding results and fineness rates up to the nano range are achieved. The simple to operate laboratory mills MINICER and MINIPUR are equipped with a double acting mechanical seal and an adjustable hose pump.
Possible applications for the MINICER and MINIPUR include non-metallic grinding life science, ceramic and inkjet products, organic and inorganic pigments, electro ceramic or high-tech products like color filter and polishing compounds (CMP slurry) for semiconductor devices.
