Microscope CCD-Camera 1300x1000 Pixel for PC & Mac under EUR 1600.-
CHROMAPHOR offers a transportable Mega Pixel CCD-Camera-based Imaging system for quality control and inspection tasks. The SCION cfw-1310 camera can be driven from any Microsoft WINDOWS® or Apple PowerBook® Laptop which has an IEEE1394 FireWire® interface. The whole imaging system can be easily carried to external sites and also runs from batteries.
The ½ Inch CCD-Chip with 1300x1000x10bit is available in a monochrome, IR and color version. Microscopes and Objective lenses are attached by a C-mount. Exposure times from 10ms to 100s can be controlled by the SCION VisiCapture software as well as from ImageJ a public domain image analysis program which now also allows recording of time-lapse sequences.
CHROMAPHOR also delivers “high-end” CCD-Cameras including „quantum-enhanced“ (QE), Electron-Multiplying“ (EM) and SIT Cameras esp. for Fluorescence and other low light level applications.
