New at Walther Flender: Innovative Series K Frequency Converters

Starting immediately, the Walther Flender Group offers its customers a new series of outstanding versatile frequency converters.

The vector-oriented Series K frequency converters are not only the most recent, but also the most versatile variants provided by the Walther Flender Group. The Series K is characterised by its versatility. The units are available both in the standard 200 - 240V and 380 - 500V variants and in a “wide power” 200 - 690V variant. The power range extends from 1.3 to 2000kW.

The standard series includes both an integrated display and integrated filters throughout the entire power range. A brake transistor with a capacity of up to 132kW is also integrated. The units can optionally be expanded with various tacho or encoder cards, in addition to diverse communication cards, such as CANopen, Profibus DP and Interbus.

The frequency converters are designed for both square torque (ventilator and pump applications) with 120% overload and constant torque (crusher and press applications) with up to 200% overload capacity.
