SML-LS Granulator

The HERBOLD Meckesheim GmbH has been further developing the SML series and a new series of low-speed granulators has been added to this line. The new series of HERBOLD granulators is based on a continued dialogue with the customer and an experience acquired in the practical application of our size-reduction technology.

Advantages of the SML-LS series

• Low-speed operation, consequently insignificant dust development, low noise level
• Also appropriate for rejects, skeletal waste, and blow moulding rejects
• Compact design, transportable with fork lift, mobile if requested
• Easy to clean, excellent access to the cutting chamber
• Feed hopper, standard models in soundproof design
• Staggered design of knives, this has a shock-absorbent effect
• Knife adjustment outside the machine, even if the knives have been resharpened the cutting circle will remain constant
• Optional: equipment for highly abrasive plastics
• (carbide-coated knives, exchangeable housing lining, special screen)
