3D Reconstruction

The current version 4.1 of the MeX software package from Alicona Imaging includes the improved 3D viewer and the 3D reconstruction method MeX-TriCreator. The 3D viewer allows quick loading of large models and to view them stereoscopically. It allows to get highly robust, dense and accurate 3D models from three SEM images taken at different tilt angles. The accuracy relevant parameter tilt angle is automatically calculated by the software and thus highest accuracy is possible.
