plics® ultrasonic sensors easy non-contact level measurement with VEGASON 60
The plics® family includes VEGASON 60 ultrasonic sensors.
The compact VEGASON 60 series sensors are the latest development from VEGA. They combine the latest signal processing technology with our know how based on over 25 years experience in ultrasonic level measurement. The sensors now have the advantages of the plics® concept. As member of the plics® family, the VEGASON minimises the costs over the complete lifetime.
The ultrasonic sensors of VEGASON 60 have a wide application spectrum because of their superior transmitting power and echo differentiation.
They have measuring ranges from 5m to 70 m depending on the product and application. They have one of the widest varieties of electrical connection options i.e.
4â¦20 mA/HART, Profibus-PA and the Foundation-Fieldbus.
The set-up of all VEGASON is simplified by application-orientated parameter adjustment and improved asset management functions.
Trend recording of the measured value and the dynamic analysing of the echo curve on the in head display characterise the new innovative software of the new sensors.
All plics® sensors offer interesting features i.e. easy and uniform adjustment with the indication and adjustment module PLICSCOM or with the PC software according to the new DTM/FDT concept.
