Bosch Security Systems: UGM 2040

UGM 2040 is a fire detection platform in 19” design with an open interface to connect subsystems such as video surveillance or access control – even from other manufacturers. It can process up to 200,000 data points making it the ideal choice for large companies with decentralized system structures, such as airports or energy supply companies.

Networking is via Ethernet and serial interfaces, allowing to bridge the gap between current and future systems and to build cost-efficient custom-made solutions with highspeed data transfer – not confined to specific manufacturers. The operation on a color touchscreen is scenario-oriented with full text searching and numerous filter functions and allows even complex situations to be presented clearly.
