The space-saving, open pipetting robots are available in 75 cm, 100 cm or 150 cm footprints and can be adapted to suit a wide range of Life Science and Diagnostic applications with optional arm and pipette configurations and simple integration of modular hardware components. This serves the needs of end customers as well as OEM partners for cost effective automated solutions.
Despite its small size the X75 offers all the robotic functionality of large workstations to even address complex fully automated assays at lower throughput. The larger systems of the Neon-Series offer an outstanding modularity with up to 8 individual pipetting channels, gripping and 96 channel pipetting for flexible high throughput solutions.
All liquid handling is performed by air displacement micro pumps, thus greatly avoiding the commonly used maintenance and service intensive liquid filled tube and valve systems. A pressure based liquid level detection greatly supports safe and clean liquid handling and process integrity.
The Xiril 96-channel pipetting head ensures precise and fast pipetting in 96- or 384-well micro plates. The pipetting head can be combined with the individual pipetting channels on the same platform for a superior flexibility of pipetting tasks between tubes, wells and plates.
