Newport?s VIBe Vibration Isolation Platform

Newport Corporation's VIBe vibration isolation platform consists of a baseplate, three or four IB vibration isolators and corresponding mounting brackets (VIB-BRKT). The products are compact, effective and easy-to-use platforms that significantly reduces vibrations from disturbing sensitive instruments such as microscopes, inspection or analysis equipment. All VIBe units feature a black powder-coated steel plate and patented mechanical IB series isolators that provide both vertical and horizontal vibration isolation, there are no air lines, compressors or other accessories needed to provide effective isolation performance.
The baseplate in VIBe platform is available in four standard shapes, two rectangular (VIB-1218 , VIB-1824) and two triangular (VIB-G001, VIB-G002), that have been designed to satisfy the widest range of application needs. The two rectangular baseplates come in 254 mm x 457 mm (12"x18") and  457 mm x 508 mm (18"x24") sizes and can be equipped with isolator bearings to support payloads from 5lbs to over 350lbs. Special shapes and sizes are also available on request.
