Automatic sample preparation system

For quantitative analysis a very labor intensive and time-consuming manually manufacturing of different standards using a high concentrated stock solution is necessary in most cases. MLE developed the automatic system EasyPrep to reduce the manually work and to reach a high precision. Using the software it is possible to manufacture single and mixed standards, to add standards to a sample or to dilute a sample exactly up to a proportion 1:200.

The diluent is free selectable. The customer has only to supply the samples or stock solution on the tray. Using EasyPrep the manufacturing of the standards or prepared samples will be automatically executed with high quality results. Easy Prep is also usable together with the FIA System of MLE. The calibration standards can be manufactured using EasyPrep and can be used for the calibration of a method. The EasyPrep software can transfer the tray configuration to the FIAcontrol software of the FIA System.
