A Flow Cytometer for All

The Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer System features two lasers, two light scatter and four fluorescence channels. Designed specifically for the life scientist and priced comparable to a fluorescent plate reader, the compact C6 has no special set-up requirements. The C6 is a perfect tool for cell counts and can accommodate large assay runs (proliferation, viability, cell cycle, etc.) with the optional, automated CSampler.

The precision of C6 cell count data has been found to be significantly better than that obtained by hemacytometer or counting bead methods. The unique peristaltic pump fluidics system allows direct measurement of the volume pulled from each sample tube, and also provides standard laminar flow, so crucial to accurate flow cytometry fluorescence and light scatter measurements.
