Werth Messtechnik: Multisensor Chromatic Focus Zoom

The combination of two sensors to form the Werth Chromatic Focus Zoom (CFZ) multisensor reduces costs and simplifies the operation of the measuring instrument. The 20x zoom optics provide a good overview and fast in-image measurements at low magnification and, in parallel, accurate measurements at high magnification. With the chromatic confocal distance sensor, even highly inclined, reflective or transparent surfaces can be measured reliably. The CFZ enables automatic acquisition of the entire workpiece with raster scanning HD and imaging of the workpiece surface in a 3D measurement point cloud.
