For over 40 years, Klaschka has specialised in contactless detection of objects and rapid movements (e.g. of gears, racks, cams or perforated discs).
For particularly challenging applications, pulse generators with Hall-resistive or magnetoresistive sensing elements are used. The operating frequencies range from zero or just a few Hertz to approximately 20-25 kHz. Magnetisable materials can be scanned with high geometric resolution (from about module 1). The switch signals are processed with connected PLC or rotational speed and frequency converters.
Klaschka's innovation is a Double Pulse Sensor with forwards/backwards detection which, as an All-Metal Sensor, can detect not only steel, but also aluminium or magnesium for example, in a working range of 0 to 30 kHz. As well its high resistance to interference from electromagnetic fields, its particular advantages include absolute resistance to constant electromagnetic fields and low-frequency alternating fields.
The numerous possible applications, such as tool and textile machines, combustion engines, rail, water and commercial vehicles, turbines, pumps, generators, stirring devices and conveyor equipment, are therefore extended still further.
