An entirely new advanced imaging tool, the NeoScope offers a wide depth of field and image resolution as fine as 5nm, using a microscope that is as simple to operate as a digital camera, with the powerful electron optics of an SEM. A magnification range of 10X-20,000X is possible without any adjustments or lens changes. A wide range of samples and materials can be loaded and imaged quickly and conveniently. Larger samples can be loaded and imaged rapidly with movement of 35mm x 35mm and sample sizes up to 70mm diameter and 50mm wide are possible.
