Verderair Double Diaphragm Pumps

Air operated diaphragm pumps can be used in versatile applications in all industry sectors. The special feature of the Verderair diaphragm pumps is the innovative air valve.

The Verderair air valve does not contain any O-rings and has, compared to competitive products, very few but robust parts. They are very resistant to corrosion and realize an exceptionally long lifetime.
Competitive designs demand (due to the O-Rings) air lubrication. The Verderair air valve does not require lubrication, all valves are “greased for life” and ensure that no contaminated air can escape the process.
All parts of the air valve can be exchanged easily without the need to dismantle wetted parts.
In the valve there is a constant pressure gradient that prevents blocking.

The Verderair series is available as metallic or non-metallic versions. Additionally pumps for hygienic applications are available.
