Torque Limiter ECR in STAINLESS STEEL
Our torque limiter type ECR in STAINLESS STEEL was developed for the following applications:
- drives of packaging-, filling-, and labelling-machines
- conveyors (food industry)
Torque Limiters can be adopted in every machine, where it’s necessary to limitate torques, in order to protect machines and products against overload.
Main features of the new type ECR:
- all parts are made of STAINLESS STEEL
- incl. bearing for chain wheels (also pulleys, parts with connection flange)
- contains a switch plate for scanning the switching distance in radial direction
- a labyrinth-seal guards against dirt particle
- low-play torque transmission
- robust, compact, small installation space requirements
- unaffected by oil and grease
- fixed point switching, one engage per 360°, another engage possible
- continuously adjustable disengagement torque, without changing the disc spring
- decreasing characteristic, with a negative spring disc characteristic
Adjustable disengagement torques between 15 an 240 Nm.
