Sample Solubility

Lack of column capacity occurs when there are solubility limitations caused by the sample that you need to purify. The normal solution is to simply increase the number of injections, which increases the time and the cost of the project prorate. Dynamic Extractions has introduced a new solution, which is to use a HPCCC instrument, that fits in and is completely compatible with the existing LC system and allows to use a liquid stationary phase to solve the solubility problem. Now there are both liquid mobile and stationary phases and your sample injection options have now been tripled. One can load either in the mobile or stationary phase or a mixture of the two, whichever combination allows the highest loading per injection.
