Compact Simulator for PT-100, thermocouples and electrical signals

The new KA7531 simulator from Ahlborn is a universal hand held instrument used to sinulate temperature and proces signals for instrumentation and process control systems. The Pt-100 simulation is obtained from 5 fixed resistors in a 4-wire circuit. The voltage , current, and thermocouple simulation comes from a 16-bit AD converter, and Frequency and Pulse generation are simulated over a quartz oscillator. All signals are available simultaneously.

A signal can be entered manually at different stages or set as a manual or automatic ramp, with all signals and the entire programming set via an illuminated graphic display. The technology comes in a compact housing and a PC set up is available as an option. Ahlborn is a family-owned enterprise and all products designed and manufactured in Germany.
