Angle Seat Globe Valves with Flange Connections

The GEMÜ 550 with pneumatic stainless steel actuator and the GEMÜ 507 manual valve will be available with flange connections in nominal sizes DN 15 – 50 from autumn 2007. The new flanged valve bodies are made of 1.4408 cast stainless steel. Flanges are PN16 and PN25 to EN 1092 form B, length EN 558-1, series 1. Flanges to ANSI B 16.5 are also available. Flanges are mainly used in industrial plant construction as they can be installed and removed more easily compared to butt weld and threaded spigots. The valves are mainly used for control and regulation of steam as well as for liquids for heating and cooling. These new connection types extend the GEMÜ angle seat globe valve product range.

Currently more than 145 valve body versions are available which can be
combined with regulating cones, various actuators and with electrical position indicators, positioners and field bus systems.
