TEM Camera Line-up

The G2 Series is the new Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions TEM camera line-up. It is based on a finely balanced concept of electronics, optics, design and functionality. Each of the cameras of the Series reflects the current requirements of industry, biomedicine, life sciences and the materials sciences. The series includes high-resolution CCD cameras for wide-angle ports and for bottom-mounted positions of all standard TEMs. All cameras are highly sensitive, have very high readout rates, are easy to install and are integrated with iTEM, the TEM imaging platform. The optimised optics of the MegaViewG2 system ensures great sensitivity and light efficiency, as well as a high signal-to-noise ratio. The 2/3" interline CCD image sensor used in the MegaViewG2 has 1376 x 1032 pixel resolution with a 14-bit dynamic range.
