AMT Cameras

Products available include the ever popular range of AMT Digital TEM cameras with the latest 16 Megapixel camera giving fast live images for survey/focus and final resolutions up to 4872x3248 pixels. AMT cameras are available for all TEMs new and old with side and bottom mount solutions for bio-medical and materials applications.
The Microtest range of tensile compression and bending stages is available for SEM, optical microscopy and XRD applications. Sprite stage automation systems are available for retrofitting to all SEM and TEM stages. Peltier heating and cooling stages are available for all variable pressure or low vacuum SEMs. For electron beam lithography we have beam blanking and high precision laser stages.
