The development of "Bionade GmbH" as a company is one of the most fascinating success stories of recent years. Founded on the basis of the financially crippled "Privatbrauerei Peter" in Ostheim/Rhön, the company sold 2 million bottles of the patented organic product in the year 2002. Today, they sell this much in half a week – and the figures are still rising.
Production plants had to be modified at top speed, and the energy supply had to be ensured. Even in the original company, "Privatbrauerei Peter", heat was provided via a LOOS UNIVERSAL UL-SH hot water boiler. In addition to durability, reliability and good customer service, ecological factors were enormously important to the manufacturers. They decided in favour of a high-efficiency LOOS UT-M hot water boiler with a capacity of 3.7 MW, integrated flue gas heat exchanger and low-emission dual fuel burner, which was delivered in record time and installed by experienced plant engineers RGT Rhönland GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Neustadt/Saale. The overall planning for the production system was provided by Helfrich Ingenieure Main-Rhön from Bad Kissingen.
The LOOS range of products for the beverage industry is based on a completely modular concept. The geometries of the multifunctional modules are available to customers in precise dimensions as CAD downloads within the internet-based LOOS CustomerLogin. This means that planning and installation are child's play. All the boiler house modules are ready to connect, factory-tested as complete functional units, hydraulically connected, thermally insulated and with full electrical wiring.
Global players such as Coca Cola, Red Bull, Interbrew, Heineken and Pepsi Cola have also chosen LOOS modern steam and hot water boiler systems, as has the independent pub brewery next-door.
