Tissue Culture Plates

High content imaging requires optimised microplates for reproducible microscopic assays. BD Biosciences offers a 96-well imaging plate (black/clear) which works well on imaging systems like the BD Pathway Bioimager, and other confocal imagers. The flat bottom, sterile BD Falcon plate has a tissue culture surface and takes a volume of 390 µl/well. Coated Imaging Plates (BD BioCoat rat Collagen 1 and Poly-D-Lysine) are readily available as custom products. This allows for easy and convenient culture of cells with special surface and attachment requirements.
