Manual methods for the purification of a large number of nucleic acids can be laborious and time consuming. Xiril offers an optimal combination of reliable commercial DNA or RNA extraction methods with its highly accurate robotic workstation. These fully automated methods based on magnetic bead separation or vacuum solid phase extraction allow a high sample throughput with a reliable and cost-effective solution. The systems are designed to rapidly purify nucleic acids from various sources, e.g. cells, tissue or PCR mixes in high quality.
The range of Xiril robotic workstations allow the fully automated and fast extraction of few samples to up to 96 samples per run thus fulfilling the needs of small laboratories as well as high throughput environments. Ease of use for routine work is combined with reliability and traceability for a maximal data security.
