New Software Package for One-hundred Percent Control

With Sartorius ProControl@Inline and Sartorius ProControl@Remote, Sartorius offers not one, but two new software packages that enable 100% control and monitoring of any number of Sartorius checkweighers in network operation. Their user interfaces and data storage and documentation features meet the highest requirements of users and legislators of packaging requirements. Together, they present a complete solution for efficient, time-saving and economical monitoring and control.

Sartorius ProControl@Remote
Sartorius ProControl@Remote enables direct access to all checkweigher functions. Depending on the level of access permitted, the user interface  of the selected checkweigher can be opened on the computer screen for viewing only, or with all operating elements active. Thus, each checkweigher can be remote-controlled with all functions unlimitedly available.

A single computer gives the user access to all connected checkweighers so all relevant information can be retrieved at any time. Access to checkweighers can be implemented over a company network (LAN or WAN) or the Internet by modem. Therefore, users are no longer bound by geographical restrictions. Sartorius ProControl@Remote can be configured to meet individual security needs.

Sartorius ProControl@Inline
Sartorius ProControl@Inline visualizes the mean value curves of all networked checkweighers and thus provides clearly recognizable warning symbols for batches that go below or exceed specified tolerance limits or characteristic numbers. Moreover, it enables any process problems to be displayed on the screen of a particular checkweigher.

As a result, Sartorius ProControl@Inline enables direct monitoring of all batches in progress at one or several PCs in your quality assurance department and/or in the production environment. All individual and statistical data are saved  reliably and in a flexible manner for data exchange with company software.

Together, both programs, Sartorius ProControl@Remote and Sartorius ProControl@Inline, offer everything users could ask for: time-saving, economical remote control, monitoring, storage and evaluation of virtually any number of checkweighers, with a performance level that the strictest security requirements.
