Optimised for Rapid Live-Cell Imaging

The Marianas and Everest turnkey systems, developed by Intelligent Imaging Innovations [3i], are designed to perform quantitative fluorescence imaging with motorised wide-field microscopes. Based on 3i's cross-platform (Macintosh and Windows) SlideBook software, these systems are optimised for rapid live-cell imaging, ratio and FRET measurement, 3D and deconvolution, montage acquisition, multi-well capture, and Stereology. Additional hardware may include spinning disk confocals, scanning FRAP systems, motorised spherical aberration correction and multiple synchronously controlled cameras.
