Texture Analyzer

Formerly known as the Stevens Texture Analyser, the LFRA is a proven, cost-effective way to assess the textural properties of many foods using compression testing. A wide variety of probes, fittings and accessories are available for every application. In addition to the original gelatin Bloom test, typical applications for the LFRA include butter & cheese products, spreads & sauces, gels & gelatin, doughs & baked goods, vegetables & meat products, candies, yogurts & puddings, cosmetics as well as many other non-food applications.
